Bullshit. My ex-gf and I were hardcore Mets fans way before we were slashers. And all the people I knew when I first came into the fandom (oh God, more than five years ago, I'M SO OLD) were also sports fans first and slashers second. Poster needs to find real friends.

You need to get over to the video section at NESN and watch today's interview! He wasn't wearing a hat, so it's clearly visible. I read a few days ago, can't remember where, that he had been shaving his head for about a decade (so since his mid teens) and recently decided to try growing it back. It's a nice switch, I think.

Actually, Frenchy's been a good pick up so far. We do need to address other needs though. But Omar's hands are tied or something like that.

He's been good, but I feel like he wasn't enough. We still need pitching, and that wasn't addressed because Omar was too busy bullshitting to the media. I just feel like the Mets didn't do enough, and add that to a Red Sock I adore being traded...yeah, some sort of unconditional anger towards Frenchy there.
