So I was curious about Tsunku's version of "Resonant Blue", so I went to YouTube and searched for a video including it. The first one I came across was set to the "Lesson" version of RB, which I had never seen before (Two version of the video were enough for me at the time). Reina confuses me. I should like her, but she makes it hard. The only places where I've really liked her are "Shabondama" and High-King. Otherwise, I'm conflicted.

Kamei, on the otherhand...when did she become so hot? I think I may have to go back and watch all the PVs she in to find this out...

I really liked her when I first got into Momusu and didn't know much about anybody, but after awhile she just got annoying. Sometimes in concerts, this amazing voice comes out of her when she's working too hard to have the energy for an act, and I'm just like "Why can't you sing like that all the time?!"

She's always had it in her! She just doesn't show it very much.

And I have another! XD Haha, the things I do with free time and an exploitable picture. panonychus made the icon versions for me.

I know. Current Momusu doesn't really have any great singers (just Takitty really, and she's boring), and it's not like the group lack cutesy voices, so I don't understand the point of it.

Same thing happened with Niigaki too. She used to be a beanhead, now she's really gorgeous!

Normally, I really am not into Reina. She frustrates me alot- we know she can sing well (we all heard "Shabondama"!), but she chooses to use this fake cutesy voice; we know she can have a cool personality, but she chooses much of he time to act fake cutesy.
You dislike Reina for the same reasons I do! I miss cool Reina. She was awesome. Cutesy Reina sucks. >(

The thing that made Golden Age Musume so good is that there were a good mix of cute girls and cool girls, and sometimes the cool girls could be cute without overdoing it, and vice versa. Nowadays, Momusu is a bunch of cute girls and a boring "cool" girl in Takitty. People liked Reina because she was different. She was cool, but naturally cute due to her age. Taking that away and making her act generically cute makes Momusu seem stale and uninteresting.
