Company Dinner at "my place"?

My CEO and her "cohorts" have decided to organize a BBQ for the company's year end dinner. I don't know if this is weird or what, but they've decided to have it at my Condo. So she asked me to book the BBQ pit and Multi purpose hall. I quite like the idea, at least I'll be given half a day off on Saturday, while EVERYONE ELSE in the company goes

i wouldn't want to drink with anyone i worked with 'at a real job', 'cause then they'd know i'm crazy and/or an alcoholic!! :/ haha

Great, if you really want to do it. But it seems rude that they would just tell you to do it.

nah they asked. I agreed. I mean it's just weird. I don't work in the main office so I practically know no one.
