Glee - 4x20

So yesterday I watched the latest episode of Glee (4x20) and a day later, I'm still trying to wrap my head around a particular part of it. Namely, Ryder's abuse storyline: I was totally shocked at Ryder's confession about his babysitter molesting him when he was a kid, then utterly horrified & appalled at Artie & Sam's reaction to it. I kept hoping

Oh yeah, it's happened to me with other shows but this is the first time that it's really happened with Glee.
