I remember those first days on the phones. They are MURDER. I don't recall what type of call center you work at exactly, but things will start to get easier. When you are decent at your job and even REMOTELY intelligent, you figure out a rhythm that works for you. You can eventually even decipher what type of client is on the phone and how you should work with them just by their voice or tone of voice.

Once you find your rhythm, the call times will come down all on their own.

So, I say again.. HANG in there! And get something out of layaway! I always said I needed to lose a bunch of weight to travel. Screw that. Life is too short. I don't want to look back and see nothing.... Although, you have a cute kid... You're ahead of me! Hahah :)

Yeah you get more used to it after time. The first week feels the worst but then you find a bit of groove. Some things can still throw you off but those will happen less frequently overtime.

As far feeling you need to reach something to be happy I think mine has been having a gf. Which I know if I think about it that not having a gf shouldn't prevent me from having fun. Yes having one can bring some fun into my life I don't think I should base all my happiness on being with someone else
