That, and his show is hands down the most interesting thing on tv.

Definitely! One can only stand so many exclamations of "Yummo!" or recipes full of ingredients we could never, ever afford and never, ever want to try without the proper, hugely expensive equipment.

Well, there is that flame painted mixer of his that I want SOOOOOOOOO bad and is uber expensive... But other than that, he is the peoples cook- with science and humor! And that southern charm.. Wooo!

I just love that he explains everything in simple terms and very cheesy prop demonstrations.

Did you get to see Feasting on Asphalt? They're going to be shooting a new set of it in a few months, to air in August. YAY!!!
