Whenever I read things like this, I think of when they used to say they were "Anti-rock n roll". Rock'n'roll being that sex/drugs/music combo, and they didn't care about it. I mean, I know theyve changed as a band and maybe as people. I'm not going to hate them for it. I just think I wont be so into this one.

Don't get me wrong, I still love them and I'm still looking forward to their new album.

But I think this time they only mean 'rock and roll' as the music -and the part about having fun while playing as much, nothing else. It doesn't mean they now care about the rest of the combo.

I think so! I'm guessing mid-November or early December, if he's serious about it being out "as early as possible next year".
