Vid disclaimer?

Me and a few friends [along with a teacher at my school] remade the I'm Not Okay vid for our talent show, and I'm wondering, would be okay to put it on youtube, or would we need a disclaimer? We kept most of the video in original format and left in the performance of the song, but rewrote and refilmed most of the the 'if you ever felt' scenes.

Yeah my teacher was freaking out. He was all "You should def. send it to the band and get their okay before you do anything with it for real, we could get sued." and I was like 'Err, yeah. Pretty sure they wouldn't sue some middle schoolers who love them to death.' I'm thinking I'll just put something about the footage of MCR being copyright to them and the idea being copyright to, idk, was it Marc Webb?
