Help! Bamboozle Q's...

Please direct me to the right journal if this Q is in the wrong place. I am so excited about Bamboozle! My brother & sister from MA are coming to NJ (where I am) just to see MCR @ Bamboozle! I have Q's if anyone can advise me....thanks so much in advance.

I went for both days last year, and honestly, getting there ridiculously early doesnt matter too much. it only matters if you want a good parking spot. but who cares about that, really.
i went at like 10, which is only like 2 hours of waiting. the line was pretty long. but they send you through the dates so fast i was in within 10 minutes after they opened the gates

yes! people here are GOD. I'm so happy theyre going to be playing late. Not only are the SATs in the morning (for the friend I wanted to take) but its Free Comic Book Day on the Saturday and that means ill have time to stop by a comic shop afore I go in to pick up Gerard's comic!!!!! And I wont miss a thing!!!

i forgot to answer your other questions! im silly.
you can be the judge of when to head over. but get there early. or it will be insane. i know taking back sunday i went really early. i was still fucking miles away from the stage. it sucked. cos you couldnt move to get out or in. people are nuts!
annnnd! giants stadium is open to everyone so they can go and sit down in the shade. its uber nice, especially since they open up the food vendors inside so you can sit in giants stadium and eat pizza and just feel a nice breeze altogether.

Thx very much. I feel much better about bringing my sister along now, knowing that there are options for her to chill out. I think I may leave my siblings and be a dork waiting as close to the stage as possible all day. I'm not sure yet! Virtual hugs & cookies!!!

yeah, its the greatest part about bamboozle. aside from the fact that theres a carnival section this year.

MCR is most likely going to play around 8pm because they are the headliners. Last year, Fall Out Boy and Taking Back Sunday were the headliners and they both played last. And getting there early isn't of great importance unless you want to see a band that is scheduled to play early.

The parking lot where Bamboozle takes place is huge but not many shady areas until you can somehow find a tree or sit under a tent. If you can't find shade, you can probably just sit on the ground and relax.

I'm going to Bamboozle.
I went at like, 12 and it was fine, no need to get there early.
Since My Chemical Romance are headlining, they're going to play late at night, the last one so no one misses them. Taking Back Sunday headlined last year and they played last so everyone could see them.
You'll know when they're about to play, they have a time thingy on the Bamboole website when it's coming up and they give you stuff. You can just chill out and wait for them to play. Last year I just sat and drank hot chocolate (which is REALLLLLYY good) and waited for Taking Back Sunday to play since everyone was abandoning the other bands, I felt really bad for AFI 'cause there was only like, ten people in the crowd, including me.

Good hot chocolate, you say? Hmmm...this concert is getting better by the second. Poor AFI (virtual tears flowing). I hope Davey gave a performance of a lifetime to those that stayed. That must have been so sweet. Thx for your input. So glad that people from the best community in the world will be there!
