the firstarticle was alright... average, nothing more than expected by a magazine or newspaper

the second was a great article, i'm actually VERY impressed by it

my favorite parts come from this sentance:

"This is what we miss, Gerard Way, the lead singer, said, though his language was a bit more vivid. And his band tore through a spirited, thrilling set, sounding more than ever like one of the best rock bands in America."

the more vivid language part makes me lol... and ofcoruse they're one of the best rock bands in America, if not the world :)

I think they were trying not to use "melodramatic" and had to settle on "vivid" instead. Haha.

And I agree, I've been worried about the rock press (even if they are full of shit) and what they would say, cause some people DO listen to them. I['m gald the early reviews are so great.

In a few weeks we'll start getting in pre-release album reviews. Then the real fun should start.
