Saying 'aw' is explained for his French phonology. Apparently Arsène get many expressions from players, is a way of keeping forever young XDD.

I always write things with young people, but the first I made it I found it very fresh and new... and once again I felt it.

That pairing came from my failed WIP Other Lives... they are so lovely indeed that I decided to pick 'em up and continue.
And you are right about life after 30's ;)
