quick question: What's the aspect ratio on the dvds? 4:3 or 16:9?

Not sure, they might do. On mine it says widescreen version 16:9

I'm planning on capping all the episodes eventually, but if there's a certain episode you need just tell me which episode and I will cap it for you. Although it make take me a day or so to do them because I’m really busy today, but I will do it for you if you don’t mind waiting that long.
