The Big River Grill sits on Second Street in Stevenson, which is also Washington Route 14. It is across from the Skamania County Courthouse and Joe's El Rio (which my boss also owns). Expenses will probably be about equal, though we should spend far less on transportation once we get moved out there. Fewer impulsive buys, too, I guess, there being nowhere to spend money!

Why not start now looking into individual health insurance plans and see if there is any which would work for you at a reasonable price? I'm certain there is one out there. Perhaps through a professional organization or something?

If you could get that lined up for yourself, you'd finally be free of the corporate trap of "benefits", which would improve your life greatly, IMHO.

yeah, I've thought of that. The last time I looked into it was too soon after my back surgery. Maybe I'm less actuarial poison now.
