*shrug* well, yeah, the convent WAS the place for Catholic queers, but in the mid-19th century they were the best-educated women in the world.

I have to admit it's kind of sad to see Mount St. Scholastica down to 179 souls from the seeming thousands of nuns I remember there from the 1960s. Even weirder is that my sister's classmate is now the mother superior.
