ah, go to Tucson and see the commercial for Gordo's Mexicateria, with the owner yelling on local cable "If you like chimichangas, I mean REEEAAAALLLLLLY like chimichangas..."

*shudder*

and it isn't that I have anything against deep-fat frying. Quite the contrary, it's one of my favorite cooking methods and, if done correctly, adds no fat.
