Dining is closing Carson and Catering and, it appears, the pantry. I was concerned when I saw the central kitchen schedule and wasn't on it. Then today I got the letter from one of the chefs and the schedule for Hamilton, where I will be the Gastro Kitchen production cook, with others scheduled to prep for Common Grounds and Big Mouth Burrito.
