I felt pressured when a co-worker said she was going to Costco to buy turmeric capsules, which had helped her inflammation problem, and did I want some? But I agreed.

So she bought some, and I took two, and the ankle felt better the next day. If it's the placebo effect, bring it on. I'm convinced and will be taking my turmeric from now on.

I was skeptical myself, but it does seem to help when the bone spurs in my upper spine flare up. They say black pepper potentiates turmeric by making it more bioavailable, so I try to co-consume.

(now if only if it were generally recognised that there are two Rs in turmeric, and that the emphasis is on the first syllable…)

Yeah, the bright bright huge capsules have black pepper in as well. Now eat your two-MARE-ick!
