Catching Up

Whew, it's been an exhausting year already. I'm still working on the trial of starts and stops. It's been set at least 4 times and has yet to proceed. Each time I am required to clear a two week period on my calendar which means that I cannot set appointments or make personal plans ( Read more... )

Am I following this correctly? You work in the law profession but you want to be a chef. I get the sense that you are not the plaintiff or the defendant in these cases.

And I know that Perry Mason make it look easy but then again, he as a script.

That would be correct. I went to culinary school to get out of law and that didn't work, so I'm back to practicing full-time and baking for the sheer joy of it.

We should work on a combination of the both. To inspire you think about our SM dinner. We offer Top Sirloin and Bottom Round with Whipped Potatoes and Beats. There would be a fish course of Dudgeoness Crab and Blacked Blue Fish.

Let's see. Press gang Duck, baked Barrister, Fifth street bums with puttanesca sause. I'll give it some thought.
