Room 1: Darren
The room doesn't open with a key. It could, in theory -- there's a keyhole in the door -- but Miniver instead unlock the door with an Alohomora and a wave of his wand. It's not the most secure system ever, but he figures it will improve as he learns more.
He leads Darren in. The room was certainly originally owned by someone with lavish tastes. It's very.... green. And black. And silver. It's a Slytherin room. It feels like it's been rearranged lately -- things removed, other things shifted about... Miniver doesn't actually own much. Or... well, technically he owns everything in the room, but he hasn't quite started to think of it as his. It's Draco's. his stuff mainly consists of some books piled on a desk crowded with papers. The desk, Miniver has adopted as his place. The rest of the room... It's just so big.
"Bed, obviously," Miniver says, giving the crash tour. "Books... um... furniture... thrilling... bathroom..." The bathroom also is nice. "Make yourself at home." Because goodness knows Miniver hasn't.
