I found this community this morning.  It is an amazing idea and I hope it will help a lot of people feel better!  
I immediately thought of my grandmother and how much I want to show her that she is so amazing.  And also for my grandfather, to whom I wish a super speedy recovery.

Does she have any sort of style? Like, does she use purses? Is she crafty? Are there any little personality quirks that we can work off of to make sure we get her something that she will not only appreciate, but use??

Welcome to the community! Your grandparents actually remind me of my grandparents. The king and queen of perseverance!

As j3nnyf3r73 mentioned, it would be good to know a little bit more about her personality. Does she have a country home, does she belong to the Red Hat Society, or does she collect teddy bears? Things like that might help us crafters.

Style: She has a "gramma" sort of style, I guess. She NEVER wears skirts, usually wears jeans and white reebok sneakers. She sometimes wears those shirts that have the fake collars in them with cutesy pictures. She rarely wears jewelry and if she does, it is delicate, like a thin gold chain and one ring. Never anything overly gaudy
