if you wanna lose weight not eating is not the way to go. if you stop then say you eat a slice of pizza... BAM it loads on the pounds... actually if you wanna lose weight you should eat every 4 hours....6 times a day...breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, dessert. but! don't eat bad foods... eat healthy. this keeps your metabulism going so you're more energized to do stuff... trust me i know i've been doing this and now i've been more motivated to work out...i've been doing this for a week and i've lost 2 or 3 pounds... YIPPIE!!!! i know it's not a lot.. but it's something!
