I really have no proper response to your post, just beautiful--the way you talk about everything, it just makes me all warm inside and it reflects how I feel about it too. Also there's place in me that wells up when I think of everything you've lived through and where you are now--you really are a strong kind of person and I'm glad to see someone appreciate what it all means since so many people seem to take it for granted.

I hope you have a great day too. *hugs*

Awwww thanks Nic. I was actually thinking a bit about something you said the other day as I wrote this and my response. Remember....you said how my life is so interesting...and when I think back on it....it's probably because I want to try so many different things and go to so many places. Maybe in the back of my mind I know it could be so different for me.

Anyways, I hope you have a great 4th Nic *hugs*

Your post was beautiful! You should write an essay so that it could be published and used in classrooms. I would definitely use it. I love primary sources.

Happy 4th Chee Chee! :)

I do have it in story format. It's called You, Me and Tangerines... It's not finished though. Writing stuff like that is draining for me so I have post poned it forever now. Maybe I'll publish it someday, who knows. I'll let you know Susie-Q. ;)

Anyways, thanks! I hope you have a wonderful day! :D

their is nothing I can say except that I'm so glad you got out of it. I was born here but the stories that my mom tells me about how she nearly died coming into this country always reminds me of how lucky I am to have never have to deal with situations where you had to be careful. Even though she was in a free country in Haiti their were still diiots out their, but for you and your parents its a whole lot different. So to that thank god other wise we'd never have met.
