Seriously though, I do like your parallel universe concept, though this didn't give you the opportunity to bring in the rest of the cast. S'ok as long as the woobie lives and breathes.

Not exactly fluffy! but am most grateful for this choice.

A chocolate coffee pot:) one of the kids teachers was very prone to calling them 'as much use as a choclate teapot', so that made me smile in the midst of the angst.

I liked the plausible explanation on non earthquake etc proof pool houses.

I read noth endings and they were great !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I like this one better though, because the end of the angst one seemed to morbid for me.

Poor Ryan in the neck brace but its a lot better fate than the other ending.
