Go to Customize Journal Style then click on TEXT in the sidebar on the left. Under NAVIGATION, you can change the text of: Recent Entries, Friends, User Info and Archive to whatever you wish. Under COMMENTS, you can change the text of: Leave a Comment to Cast a Spell and then change 1 comment/# comments to, say, 1 spell/# spells.

The changed user/comm/lock icons are built into the code but if you are looking for something different, let me know and I'll try and find some coordinating everyday icons for you, or you can omit the code at the end to go back to the default icons.
