1) Crop the image and resize.


2) Create a blank layer and fill it with beige

3) Create a blank layer and fill it with this gradient

(Color Burn, op. 62%)

4)Create a blank layer and fill it with dark blue (I used a gradient but dark blue works the same way)

(Vivid Light, op. 66%)

5)Create a blank layer and fill it with this gradient

(Overlay, op. 100%)

6)Create black borders. I used a border brush.

7) Create a blank layer and use a brush to get those white snowflake-kind-of-goodies.

3) New layer, gradient:

(Pin Light, op. 100%) I had to take off some of the gradient around her face. Use your eraser brush to do that.

4) New layer, gradient:

6) Create a blank layer and use a checkers brush. I had to use the eraser brush to take the checkers out of her face.
