The phrase "I've died and gone to Ikea" no longer applies

So a lot of you know I have a shirt that reads "I've died and gone to ikea", because Ikea is definitely high up on my list of places I really enjoy.  Well not so much anymore . . .

I was at ikea on saturday, aimlessly wandering looking at stuff (because I'm not allowed to buy anything until I actually move) when I heard it.  The high pitched ( Read more... )

So the system mistook you for an Ikea employee, basically? I assume you mean the only "cell" phones that are allowed in hospitals?

They should refine the system!

No, I don't bring my work phone home unless I'm starting or finishing at an actual hospital, so it was sitting safely locked in my desk drawer at that moment. I just heard lots of ringing that reminded me of mine.

And yes, I'm talking about the only "cell" phones allowed in hospitals, that actually work on the same principles as cordless phones.

Now it makes me wonder though if I would be able to pick up another system somewhere else. Hmmm. I know there are a bunch of other places downtown that use them, perhaps I should do some research.
