Sounds like you had a great Thanksgiving! And the big red purse of awesome sounds ... awesome. Like the one in your icon.

The purse is great, but I'm drawing the line at the hat that lady in the icon is wearing--not for me.

Ebay IS scary. I was very nervous about the purchase, but it arrived and is all good. Can't tell what it is, you never know when prying eyes might be lurking nearby. :)

Sometimes I wish I could bring Ozzie into the library. He could be the library cat, like Dewey but with an attitude. His big problem is that he's so LOUD. I'd be shushing him constantly. Meow, meow, meow all day long. But he'd love visiting with all the students. And chasing the library spiders.

aha. Tomorrow I am going Christmas shopping and birthday present shopping.

awww, Ozzie in your library would just make me more insanely jealous I can't go live in your library. teeehee. does he really chase spiders? There's a huge web and spider outside my window and it's a good thing it's winter because I am so not opening that window

Ozzie doesn't normally chase spiders but there are so many in the library I'd put him to work! God knows I won't get near them.

Maybe you need to just post that recipe! I would like it too. Glad you had a good Thanksgiving.
*is jealous*
New Year's Eve will be our big holiday this year. It's Elf's birthday and my niece will be home, so she and her parentals (my brother, his wife) will be coming to visit. And I have off. I don't think, in my 20 years working, I have had that many days off around that time (3!)
Is Ozzie a Siamese, that he is so talkative?

I just emailed the recipe to you!

Your New Year's Eve sounds exciting! And how nice to have days off work. Why in the world do you not get more than three days off at a time? Jeez, I'm so spoiled with my school schedule.

Nope, not Siamese. Ozzie is a big ol' orange tabby. But he's a talker!
