Honestly, it was pretty easy to make. Regular old bread, and then chop up some tomatoes and feta and roll the damn thing up. The dough didn't even stick!
Though I'm not sure what to do with it now. Should I freeze it?
I love feta cheese too. It used to be the only cheese I could eat -- well, real feta, pure goat cheese, not the mix they sell in stores -- and it took me a while to get used to, but it's fucking amazing.
