i think im addicted to something. i have been for a while, but it's been in different forms and i just dont want to have yet another bad trip. i'm so afraid i will. to be with out this thing i'm addicte to... drives me crazy, i seriously get physically sick.

what bad news.

work kills me.. i need a day of rest, but noone wants me to have one.

Also, the fear of having a bad trip, and dwelling on it will cause a bad trip. Never trip while depressed. Bad idea. I was crying for over an hour last time I did that.
