u have no idea how freakin right you are... i didnt even know what straightedge was before i started coming to shows, and its so over rated but i ignore it. Because if people need something like a word a symbol or a title to make themselves bigger... to make themselves comfortable and stronger then they are weak. They are dependent on something fake. People like that need to be loved and supported and dont understand what its like to be on ur own. And its sad and all we can do is sit and watch and hope one day they'll realize theres a whole world out there filled with mistakes and opportunities, and maybe people that arent EDGE who are ok... and they dont need to be belittled because of it. but whatever... rock on!
