I can't help but wonder if they're coming to Atlanta with Deftones to make up for that 99x concert they didn't go to...

Depends on how much it is and how much of a set Dir en grey might have. I'd pretty much just be going for Dir en grey, since I don't care for the Deftones and I don't even know who The Fall of Troy are.
