I'll have to check out at least three of the five films when I have time. A Japanese filmmaker who is kindred spirits with Jane Austen? Sign me up! I'll have to browse hulu for our movie nights. <3

Tokyo Story is his best known film. I wouldn't mind watching that again, although it is sad.
