Dean is fiercely protective and Sammy is wicked smart and Miss Kovar must be quietly freaking out about her student who wants a Bowie knife and playing cards --- with a side order of Cardboard Santa brandishing his OWN knife!

Loved it. So well written and glad that Dean started recovery fast enough to give Sammy his presence for Midnight Mass before the boy got his wished-for presents after.

\0/ This is lovely! I love wee!Sam and how Dean is the center of everything for him (even though hugging is for babies). I LOVE how Sammy crawls into bed with Dean because of course he needs to be nearer to his brother in a time of stress.
