When Cedric woke up, it was with the thought that at least he was warm. The memories of the weekend were fresh in his mind but at least he was warm. It would've been even worse to wake up cold and embarrassed

Isabel was warm. And still pretty much asleep. Which was why she turned and sleepily pressed a kiss to Greg's shoulder.

Ten seconds after that, she realized it was the wrong shoulder.

Two point four seconds after that the memories of the weekend came rushing back.

She whimpered.

"I'm sorry," he said immediately. "I'm sorry!"

"No! It's okay," Isabel said quickly, not quite able to decide if she should burst into hysterical laughter or tears. "I don't think I'm exactly blameless here."

She should move but she's really hoping it's all just a bad dream and any second she'll wake up in her own bed.

"Are you all right?" he asked. "Headache? Something else?"
