What an adorable story :) I love misunderstanding/clarification fics featuring Teyla, because it's never straightforward with her and you're not quite sure if she's being genuine or just plain crafty to get what she wants. Which invariably is a "did she just do that?" face from her companion and the opportunity to get the last laugh.

Teyla reminds me of one of the international students on my campus, and each time I try to explain something to her, I think she purposefully takes it the wrong way just so she can laugh at me. I think Teyla gets amusement cause she always gets the last laugh, and poor Lorne will just take it *lol*
