My oh my it's cold outside. There's frost on the pavements and the puddles are frozen. I slipped and skidded my way to work this morning. :) BBC weather says we might have snow tonight, I really hope so

Oh Ian I'm so sorry :( I'm finding it bitchingly difficult at the moment. If it helps I was thoroughly ashamed of myself and today I resisted chocolate all day even though it was in the office. Please don't give up because of my moment of weakness. :(
