Isane got the major injuries on their way to being healed, and shinigami heal quicker than humans as it is. Most of the injuries left are mostly severe cuts and bruises, and burns.

I can't believe she hurt Ukitake-taichou so badly... not that Kyourau-taichou and Urahara-san's injuries were any less troublesome.
