This is now my job. I never realized it until recently that this comes with the job of mom. Not only do you consume, but you have to be seriously organized about it. No messing around, you have to know what you want, know how and where to get it, and for the best price. Now when I was childless, it was much easier. I had time on my side ( Read more... )

I have perfected this type of system (for different reasons), because all I can afford to eat is hot dogs and tomato soup. Makes shopping much quicker :)

Embarrassingly, I had to ask C who you were. I could have figured it out if I'd bothered to go to your journal, but I'm lazy and preferred thinking there was a Victoria's Secret model with incredibly low standards in men that wanted to see me.

Not to say you're unsuitable for Victoria's Secret or have high standards, of course :)

Oh man, I can so relate! My problem is that I have this wacko side that freaking LOVES organization (must be my German blood), and then I forget that I have a soul. Yikes!

It would be fantastic to pay someone to do all the house stuff, wouldn't it? I know I'd love it!

Good luck with Dunc and his sleeping/napping. That rocks that he's putting himself to sleep...good job mama!!
