I use a program called HP Photosmart Premier and I use Paintshop Pro 9 to add effects and touch up my photos.

Hi!!! I know this has nothing to do with the picture post but I just bought the book Twilight last night and almost read it all!! OMG Jasmine! It's THE BEST BOOK I've read in a loooong time!! I'm going to get the next two today!! Thanks for letting me know about it! I'm sooo excited!! LOL
