CANON RELATIONSHIPS
Kaito Kuroba ღ
Kaito and Kazuha actually didn't realize they were from the same world, and Kazuha still remains oblivious to the fact that he's Kaitou Kid. Despite how they got into an argument about ten minutes after she arrived, Kazuha thinks he's an interesting guy who's a great magician and is relieved because he's pretty much the only guy from home she knows who's not OOH LA LA A CASE TO SOLVE. Since the event where they both became kids and with time, they've grown closer and have gotten accustomed to looking after each other in a sibling-like relationship-- mutual teasing included. They're currently sharing a room at the inn!
... Him being terrified of fish is never not going to be funny, though. ALSO IF YOU EVER TIE ME UP IN A CLOSET AGAIN THERE WILL BE PAIN.
Conan Edogawa ღ
They were mere acquaintances back home, but Kazuha has taken on Ran's role in taking care of Conan-- and boy is he making it hard. She likes to listen to him talk about Sherlock Holmes, because it's one of the few times he becomes genuinely enthusiastic. The other times, she isn't sure whether he's being serious or childish, and the kid's got a mind like a steel trap. And a huge secret, which worries her quite a bit, as he implied that he's in danger because he knows it. However, she promised him she wouldn't ask about it, so she has to figure it out on her own. Her main priority is making sure he stays safe, though. ... And he is very cynical, so she's long since given up on telling him that the island is alive and magical. Humoring the young and whatnot.
Ai Haibara ღ
Oh my god what is with all the serious midgets-- Ai is a very serious and quiet little girl, but Kazuha thinks she's one of the cutest kids ever. At this moment, she doesn't suspect that Ai has any colossal secrets, and certainly doesn't know the truth about her true identity. She's just determined to look out for her while she's here.
ISLAND RELATIONSHIPS
Crow ღ
SPIKY-HAN-- j/k j/k. Kazuha originally thought he was a weird guy with some kind of facial tattoo fetish, but talking with him led to realizing-- that he was a weird guy and a thief and ALSO an idiot who steals kisses! When they're together, antics and bickering usually wind up happening. For all that she argues with him and calls him an idiot at least once during every conversation, Kazuha likes his energetic personality and appreciates how he's willing to let her beat him up for aikido practice. In return, she's learning Duel Monsters from him, and has gotten semi-decent at it. She's still treading cautiously on the subject of his going home, since he seems a little different to her, but it's nothing nagging her too deeply. As of this point, they're both aware that they like each other and are just as likely to be affectionate as they are to insult and bicker with each other.
Ayumu Narumi ღ
WHY SO SERIOUS. Kazuha was concerned about his sanity when he mentioned he'd take dealing with insane people over being buried in popcorn, but then Ayumu told her about the screwed-up world he came from. Since their first meeting, she's learned a lot more about him and what he has to return to, and has subsequently become determined to give him a great experience while he's here on the island. For the record, getting him out of :| mode is damned hard and dammit he's a detective too she will never escape that. Since he returned from being home, she's been more concerned about him. At this point, she treats him a lot like a younger brother, so it's not unusual for her to take on the "stern older sister" attitude with him. They're pretty close, or as close as Ayumu will admit, anyway.
Gintoki Sakata ღ
Gintoki made a GREAT first impression when he told Kazuha she was dead upon arrival. :( After she threw him in retaliation, they got along wonderfully! A lot of the things he does seem over the top to her, which she likes to point out, but she's also kind of gullible, so he can get away with... quite a bit. He's got his bits of wisdom buried under everything else, so she begrudgingly respects him for that. However, if he jokes too much, it's going to get him hurt. A lot.
Tear Grants ღ
One of the more helpful people Kazuha met on her first day, and she also has very cute and flustered reactions. Kazuha likes talking to her and trying to get her to stop acting older than she is, which is one of those easier said than done things. So she tries to help Tear have fun and, in exchange, she gets her food for thought from her on matters of different worlds and such. Tear's also great to go to when she just wants to complain about how idiotic boys are. They've since grown a lot closer since Kazuha became more comfortable talking to her about her own problems. Encouraged her to tell Kaito about her feelings.
Maka Albarn ღ
They first met in the library when the books turned vicious, and got to know each other better when admiring fireflies a different night. Kazuha finds her to be a very logical girl who's easy to get along with-- and she's great to talk to about reckless morons-- and they've agreed to explore the island a little more thoroughly at night. They've since grown closer and share fighting tips, facts about their worlds (and Kazuha still finds Maka's very... very weird), and hey, commiserating is always fun. She's also amused at just how much of a bookworm Maka is.
Zack Fair ღ
Doooork. I mean-- Kazuha thinks Zack is pretty funny and cheerful, both of which are excellent qualities, and she's pretty interested in what she's learned about his world so far. They grew closer when they went exploring together, not to mention he's been training her to get stronger-- and when she gets home, she knows there's a letter waiting for her. She's still trying to get accustomed to him being... four years older than he originally was, after he went home and returned, and he doesn't seem as dorky, but she's made it obvious that she's there for whatever he needs.
Orihime Inoue ღ
One of the nicest, sweetest people ever who Kazuha can get into some of the best flusterfits with. Kazuha's a little envious that Orihime can be so kind when she's usually arguing with someone, but they kind of hit it off immediately nonetheless, and they both live in the inn, so there will be girly bonding! Especially after the Halloween event when Kazuha thought she'd been killed. :(
Crona ღ
Kazuha's dearest wish for this person is to get them to stop being so shy and make more friends. She thinks Crona is adorable, even if she still hasn't figured out the true gender, and will do everything in her power to look after this odd little person. Any friend of Maka's is a friend of hers, after all, and she really does like Crona. They just need some time to get more confidence, that's all!
Atsuro Kihara ღ
Oh god why are you walking a giant demon dog why are you bidding on demons like it's eBay WHAT IS GOING ON. Even though there's a lot of weirdness surrounding Atsuro, he seems pretty down-to-earth and friendly, and Kazuha likes talking with him. The demon part... is still going to take some getting used to, though.
Yotsuba Koiwai ღ
Adorable little child who Kazuha will wash hair for anytime. She's concerned that she's without her dad, since she's so young, but Yotsuba's got a lot of people looking out for her, so Kazuha's not too worried. Plus, she's hilarious.
Azusa Nakano ღ
Although they met when Kazuha was handcuffed to Crow, and it was indeed awkward, they're on good terms! Azusa is absolutely adorable and she invokes protective big sister urges in Kazuha, meaning that she will go out of her way to make sure she stays safe from scary things and perverts. THAT MEANS YOU, BLADE.

Crow's friend who glows like a nightlight! ... I mean, Kazuha's only met him once, and he seems nice enough (if a little weird) and he's offered assistance with learning Duel Monsters, so she'll probably take him up on it at some point.

OMG ADORABLE TALKING CAT. For a cat, Blair seems kind of shameless (and her turning into a voluptuous hottie doesn't help), but she's not a bad sort, so Kazuha wouldn't mind getting to be better friends with her. She's not taking Blair's advice to show off her naked body, though.
