I suppose it is quite old now in TV terms. I love the show but it is definitely an acquired taste.

I'm glad that you got it even though you don't watch the show. Though to be fair the message in this one is mostly just sexy women waving their midriffs at the camera. lol

Oh wow...

This is *so gorgeous*. Like, breathtaking so.

And there's just so much flat out *coolness* in it too! All of those seamless transitions and wipes and fades and freezes and glows and echoed movement and colors and just *wow*. Really really stunning.

I think hypnotic is a good description of what I wanted for the end result so I'm glad that worked.

The wipes were the most difficult part of the vid because I wanted them to look quite organic and soft rather than copy the straightforward horizontal wipes the show uses. It wasn't helped by the fact that I hate doing transitions in premiere pro. I always end up with a stray frame at some point.

omg, how hot is that? It's still wierd for me, though. Gabrielle always surprises me with her sensuality. I am so used to the early seasons' innocent Gabrielle.

Hey, there is a Xena re-run right now. *looks closer* ah, sorry, that's Hercules with a crossover. I was always more of a Hercules fan than a Xena one. I think it's because my mum has a huge crush on Kevin Sorbo and she has brainwashed me *gg*. Nah, it's because the re-runs of it are on the afternoon when I have free time :P

I never really watched Hercules regularly but I think I would probably watch re-runs if they were on. I'm not ready to spend money on the DVDs yet though.

Much as I liked early Gabrielle I definitely preferred short haired, sais weilding, ass kicking, abs waggling Gab. lol

As for "Fragile Tough Girl" I'm afraid I don't have a copy anymore because I lost it when my old comp gave up the ghost.
