I think that requires an official complaint. You should never have to deal with that kind of BS.

Wait, wait... the testing services... like... the people who are supposed to be dealing with all sorts of people with all sorts of service dogs or/and special needs? The ones who are supposed to be supportive and make life easier as far as all that is concerned?
