Our rat Reeses died. Poor baby had gotten an abscess that burst-and it was healing fine unfortunately she didnt make it. She was perky and happy and acting normal so we weren't too worried about it, then she got another one a couple weeks later. It also burst but wasnt healing as well-but again she was still running around and acting her normal

I am so sorry. i still miss our little girl rats. The second one had seemed to be handling her cold well too, then she was suddenly gone. I think she had a weaker constitution in general.
