I just talked to my Mother and her husband whom she is currently divorcing went to where she is now living and assaulted her. One of my little brother's friends was also assaulted for trying to help her. He's locked up for the moment but I'm seriously concerned about what will happen next. I think you need to calm down and make sure your mother's lawyer knows about this. If he/she is worth their shit, a PFA (Protection From Abuse) will be filed. PFA's normally speed up the divorce process... and don't get loveable Charlie in jail. I work in a Family Law office, so... trust me on this one?
