Marilyn and I both slept in quite late today. It was a busy week, so it's little wonder!
After getting up I washed my hair (Marilyn had done her hair last night), and then we took a ride up the
Columbia Gorge. I should download the photos I took so I can share. I didn't take a lot, but I did take a few

Much needed after yesterday :)
And cool deal on the inexpensive clothes...so smart when you are in the middle of weight changes. I hate that part, of I just BOUGHT THAT, so you feel like not buying anything, and then you don't feel the proper reward for all the work you have invested...
haha
Losing weight is not for the timid!

Not for the timid -- too true! Hahahaha. Currently I can pull all my pants on and off without undoing them -- so sometimes they fall off (yikes)!!!
The sun was wonderful!

Yay for new clothes! It's nice when you reach the point of needing new clothes and can really see a difference when it comes to weight loss. I'm sorry your blood sugar acted up though.
I'm happy to be on your Health Report filter if you're comfortable having me there. I'm working on getting my health back in order too.
*hugs*

I'd be glad to include you in the filter. I'll add you. Again, it's going to be boring... Hahahaha.

I'm glad you got over that low blood sugar episode quickly...scary stuff!
Mmmmm...Margaritas!
And congratulations on needing new clothes!

But today was interesting. I'll post about it in my health report and you'll see what I mean. My blood counts are just getting lower -- even when I don't take my medicine. That's a good thing!
Hadn't had a margarita in ages. It was lovely! We both enjoyed it a ton! (smile)
I wish I would get away from being in between sizes! I've been wearing 20's and 22's for years and years. Recently 20's. But I'm not into 18's yet. (sigh) Some 20's are okay, but others are too big. I need to lose MORE weight -- and inches. I need to keep cutting down on food and making good food choices. And to get MORE exercise, too. Easy to say... Hahahahahaha.
Thanks for the kind words, Donna! You've been added to my health report filter.

We shouldn't have spent the money to go to Mexican again so soon, but we just couldn't help ourselves! We wanted it, so we went. (smile)
Thankfully the pants were all cheap. I needed a bra, but couldn't find one. Shucks!
The low blood sugar was a surprise, I'll say that! I hope I get past this soon.

Hey Charlie, I meant to do this oh, 4 days ago, but I'd like to be on your health filter too, "boring" or not! ;)
I bet the Gorge was lovely, and makes me wish my family and I had more time to travel!
Your low blood sugar episode reminded me of an episode I had when I was pregnant with Shawn: Glenn and I had been shopping at Best Buy and were in line to pay but I began feeling nauseous (first trimester ickies) so I had to give him the Jim Croce CD I wanted to buy so I could go out to the car and not potentially embarrass myself in front of other patrons. Thankfully the feeling eventually passed and I didn't actually get sick so that was good but interestingly enough I haven't ever listened to the CD as much as I had intended to, probably because it has a psychological link to me having felt nauseous! *LOL*
The mind works in mysterious ways, doesn't it? ;)
