Well, Marilyn, the cats (Colin and Henry) and I got home today (this afternoon). It's nice to be 'home' (to our Portland house) -- but sad not to be 'home' at our beach house. I guess that balances out, huh? (smile

I hope that Nicole hasn't had any major damage to her ear. It didn't pierce the eardrum, did it? Welcome home and I'm glad that Colin has allowed you to have your chair back. :)
That's EXACTLY my fear, Donna -- I hope not! I'm just hoping Sue can get her in today to find out...
And not sure I can keep my chair. Colin knocked the pillow OFF the other spot, poor guy! He had no bed last night, in other words i'm not sure where he ended up sleeping...
Well I sure hope the ear drum is not perforated but we will not know for sure until we go back in two weeks, there was too much blood for her to see the entire area and she did think that the canal was just damaged, but I will take her back in two weeks to be sure. Nicole was in a lot of pain when we got there and much more after the doctor dug in it with long Q-tips. That is why I took her for her favorite meal mexican rice at the Burrito house. Hope we do not get freezing rain tonight, but I am going to cribbage anyway.
