Aw, thanks, Penny. I don't know how brave I was, though. That was possibly the most dental pain I've ever felt (and heaven knows I've been through a ton of it over the yeas). At least I was still smiling when I left Mary's office. Hahahaha.

Just struggling along. I seem to be fighting against my usual seasonal colds issue better than in some years, anyway. Having autumn allergies usually means I'll go down with more than one cold between September and January -- which is such a pain! I've been working on general good health, though. Maybe it's working (???) this year.

Deanna, you were very much on my mind during this huge Powerball payout -- as were a lot of others I know who are barely making ends meet. I thought of sister Sue who is struggling to keep her house (I've no clue where the three of them will end up if they lose it...). I thought of my cousin Linda who barely manages to keep a roof over her head. So many others ( ... )
