Concert Tonight -- Memorial Day Tomorrow!

After a very busy day, Marilyn, sister Sue and I attended the concerts in the RoZone tonight. We got special passes to sit in the exclusive Lounge area, with free food and drinks (both alcohol and non). We each had a beer and piles of food. And we were in a tent -- a good thing, as it poured down rain much of the time. (sigh

I had so much fun with you both tonight, even though it was pretty cold. It was just nice to have that much time with you both when you are so busy. My nose is running non-stop and I have almost no tissue in the house. Must grocery shop after the March and Ceremony.

Your hair looks so great without doing anything to it, the haircut really helped. You and Marilyn take such great pictures. Jeff was cute how much he wanted Marilyn to meet the stars. The music was good and of course we know I am the country girl in our family. Mom and Dad were also.

I hope tomorrow goes very well and I am sure it will. Hope it is warmer and the rain stays away.

I feel very lucky to have such wonderful sisters who do such special work to help our city enjoy the Rose Festival. It is wonderful that we all three had work that we love and believed in so much. That is such a blessing.

Rest well and quickly so you can then put in another action packed day.
