I do hope Marilyn's back gets better. If it's a kidney infection, shouldn't she see a doctor? It could derive into something worse.

THIS! And it's not something that should be waited on until the next business day. I'd go into an urgent care clinic ASAP, or if she's running a high fever and has other infection symptoms, the ER.

If Marilyn has kidney infection she needs medication for that.
