Labor Day in the U.S.A.

Today is Labor Day in the United States of America. This is (deservedly) a national holiday, and a favorite three-day-weekend for many.

(An aside: Often children go back to school on the Tuesday after Labor Day. This was true for me when I was in school...)

Nice post Charlie and the beans sound good. I want fried green tomatoes. I even had a dream about them last night.

I always have loved Labor Day and it became so meaningful to me in my career. The workers are so important and have never been valued enough.
